- Quiet Hours: 11:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m. (Sunday–Friday) and 1:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. (Saturday–Sunday)
- Guests: Maximum of 3 consecutive overnight stays; guests must be accompanied in common areas
- Occupancy: Maximum of 12 people per suite; gatherings of 9 or more must be registered with Management
- Keys & Security: Keys, fobs, and access cards may not be shared
- Smoking & Drugs: The property is 100% smoke-free, including vaping and cannabis, and is illicit drug-free
- Alcohol: Alcohol is prohibited in common areas; kegs and containers larger than 1.2 litres are not permitted
- Garbage: All waste must be disposed of directly down the garbage chutes
- Prohibited Items: E-bikes, electric scooters, candles, grills, bidets, and firearms are not permitted on the property
- Internet: Internet service is for personal use only. Cyber-bullying and illegal downloading are prohibited
