Terms and Conditions

• Prices are per pax per month
• One-time Administrative Fee: SGD 223.45 (after tax). (Price is subject to applicable GST.)
• Prices may change, and room availability may be limited.
• If a booking is cancelled, the deposit or reservation fee already paid (whichever applies) will be non-refundable.
• Upon signing the Licence Agreement, a security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent and one month’s rent in advance are required.
• All fees must be paid before check-in.

Optional/Additional Charges

1. Bedding Set: One set including bedsheet, pillowcase, and blanket SGD 80 per set (subject to applicable GST).
2. Laundry Facilities (located in the laundry area):
   Washing (detergent included): SGD 4 per wash
   Drying: SGD 1 per 10 minutes
3. Basic Cookware Set: Includes saucepan/frying pan, plate, bowl, and cutlery set – SGD 89 per set (subject to applicable GST).
4. Preferred Bed Selection: Additional SGD 85 (subject to availability and applicable GST).
