Terms and Conditions

• Registration Fee: $109 (inclusive of 9% GST)
• Deposit: 1 month rent (refunded 10-12 working weeks upon us receiving bank details after checkout)
• Advance rental: Total months booked x Monthly rental
• Upon issuing of confirmation number and email, any changes to check-in date will incur a penalty of S$109 rebooking fee + 1 month rent.
• You will be required to sign a residential tenancy agreement within 5 days of paying the booking deposit.
• Entry fee of S$2.50 will be charged per entry into our gymnasium.
