• Early Bird – receive a rental discount from £200 up to £500. (This activity is provided on a first come first served basis, and limited to bookings for the 26-27 academic year; the rental period is greater than or equal to 40 weeks)
• • Free Dual Occupancy: Standard Studio, Bronze Studio, Silver Studio, Gold Studio, and Platinum Studio are available for free dual occupancy.
  • £200 Early Bird: receive £200 total rent discount on Standard Studio (Wet room), Gold Studio, and Studio with Terrace (Wet room).
  • £500 Early Bird: receive £500 total rent discount on Platinum Studio.
• No Deposit – we have removed the deposit from LIV Belfast and LIV Sheffield so students can book with no financial commitment
• International Guarantors – If you wish to secure your accommodation with us and you are planning to pay your rent in installments; we ask that you provide a qualified Guarantor. The guarantor needs to be in full-time employment (earning annually a minimum of thirty (30) times the tenant’s monthly rent). International Guarantors will be considered and required to provide suitable documentation via the online application process.
