Located in Sheffield’s student quarter on Ecclesall Road, the LIV Student accommodation block looks, from the outside, like any other student housing. But once you step inside, you will see that this is more than just somewhere to crash at the end of a long day or an exciting night.

Our student accommodation is considered by residents to be the very heart of their social life during those crucial first days, months, and years away from home. Encouraging and facilitating all manner of fun activities and lifestyles, our Sheffield site has the best of both worlds – inviting students to experience and immerse themselves in both the city and its surrounding countryside, using our location on the doorstep of the Peak District to inform many of the activities and workshops available to students.

As we’re right in the student quarter, we really couldn’t be closer to Sheffield’s uni campuses – elevating your home life with vast open spaces, a roof terrace, and a range of facilities available to every resident. When travelling further afield, the area is very well-connected in terms of transport.

• No Deposit – we have removed the deposit from LIV Belfast and LIV Sheffield so students can book with no financial commitment
• International Guarantors – If you wish to secure your accommodation with us and you are planning to pay your rent in installments; we ask that you provide a qualified Guarantor. The guarantor needs to be in full-time employment (earning annually a minimum of thirty (30) times the tenant’s monthly rent). International Guarantors will be considered and required to provide suitable documentation via the online application process.
